1.1 Information You Provide

• Emotion Records: Moods, tags, text descriptions, voice memos, and images you create within the App. This data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud.
• Preferences: App settings and reminder configurations.
• Feedback: Email address and content provided when you contact support.

1.2 Health Data (HealthKit)

With your explicit permission, we read the following data from Apple HealthKit to generate wellness insights:

• Heart Rate
• Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
• Sleep Analysis
• Steps
• Mindful Minutes

Important: We do not use your HealthKit data for advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not sell it to third parties.

1.3 AI Analysis Data

When you use the "AI Deep Analysis" feature, we transmit the data listed above (Health Data and Emotion Records) to our AI service provider (OpenRouter/DeepSeek) for the sole purpose of generating your psychological analysis report. This data is processed transiently and is not used for model training.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide Core Features: Record your emotions, generate charts, diary cards, and reports.
• Personalized Insights: Offer tailored mental health suggestions based on your mood and health trends.
• Improve the App: Use anonymous, aggregated data (like crash logs) to fix bugs and enhance performance.

3. Data Storage and Protection

3.1 Local First & iCloud Sync

YousoQ follows a "Local First" architecture. Your private diaries and health data are primarily stored on your iOS device.

If you enable iCloud Sync, data is encrypted and transferred to Apple's iCloud servers. We do not have access to your iCloud account or your private data.

3.2 No Third-Party Servers

Apart from Apple's iCloud service, we do not operate any servers that store your personal data. We do not upload your content to any other third-party cloud databases.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may utilize:

• Apple HealthKit: For health data synchronization. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• System APIs: Such as Siri Shortcuts and Widgets.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights:

• Access: View all your data within the App.
• Correction: Edit or update your records at any time.
• Deletion: Permanently delete all local data via App Settings. Manage iCloud data via iOS System Settings.
• Revocation: Revoke HealthKit permissions at any time via iOS Settings > Privacy > Health.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via the App. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
