Our Position

DeadClaw is designed to be intentionally ephemeral. We do not build user profiles, do not run ad trackers, and do not rely on cloud memory for your notes, photos, drawings, or chat text by default.

What We Access

• Camera: only used when you actively open the camera flow.
• Microphone / Speech Recognition: only used for recording and dictation actions you trigger.
• In‑App Purchase: purchase validation is handled by Apple StoreKit.

Data Storage

Core content in DeadClaw is volatile by product design. When the app is backgrounded or reset, data can be wiped from active memory. We do not promise durable local persistence of ephemeral content.

Third-Party Services

DeadClaw does not include third-party advertising SDKs. App Store / StoreKit transactions are processed by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy.

Children

This app is not directed to children under the age threshold defined by your jurisdiction.
