YousoQ Terms of Service

Welcome to YousoQ. This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and the developer of YousoQ using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Medical Disclaimer

YousoQ is an emotion tracking and analysis tool. It is NOT a medical device and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The insights, scores, and suggestions provided are for reference only. If you are experiencing mental health issues, depression, or suicidal thoughts, please seek professional help from a doctor or licensed therapist immediately.

1. Service Content

YousoQ provides features including emotion diary, AI drawing, health data analysis, and assessments. We reserve the right to modify or terminate services at any time.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any illegal purposes or to post violence, pornography, or content violating others' rights. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App.

3. Subscription Service (Pro Membership)

YousoQ offers auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock premium features.

Payment: Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Account Charged: Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
Management: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

4. Data Ownership and Privacy

You own the data (emotion records) you create in YousoQ. utilization of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The design, source code, algorithms, and trademarks of YousoQ are owned by the developer. No unauthorized copying or distribution is permitted.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages (including data loss) arising from the use of the App.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation or submitted to the courts of the developer's location.
